  Tried to open another bank account with the Loganville ga location. The bank teller was nice, but the banker Shirley was extremely rude. When we sat down to wait on her as instructed by the teller, Shirley was already with a customer. When they left Shirley just sat there and didn't say a word to us. I had to get up and ask were we suppose to come to her. With no expression on her face, she said she was busy and would call us when she was done. She then picked up her phone and called someone. Finally she calls us over and takes my husband's name a ss#. Says he owes $30 from an account we closed back in 2010. She gets up and goes to the back forever, comes back and the amount all of a sudden changed to $72.80. That she cannot open an account for us at all and if we went anywhere else they would say that as well to us. I told her that was funny because he already has another account with a different bank so that wasn't true. Therefore we walked out with our money, no new account and very rudely treated. Shirley has NO personality and I do not think she should be working with customers the way she acts. Not to mention, her nails were extremely nasty. Just not a professional look I would want in my bank. So we will keep our not only 1 account that let us open one, but the 2 we have. So much for her telling us no one would open one for us until we paid the $72.80. We wanted this account just for our house bills to flow through in and out, but we will go elsewhere. Will NEVER recommend Suntrust bank in Loganville if Shirley is working.
