    Let me start by saying I LOVE using Woodforest as my bank. This location, however, is the WORST! Their customer service is terrible. I have been told conflicting information on numerous occasions. First I called customer service to see if I was eligible to take the online banking GPS course to waive a fee. They verified that I hadn't done so in almost 2 years, so I could do that and take it to my local branch. Having just moved to GA, this was the closest location. (Still over 30 minutes away) I get there and the manager on duty said I was ineligible because a fee was waived for something else which was waived because it was due to an error on the banks side, not mine. I argued with him for awhile and he finally agreed to process it. Normally I would see the funds returned online immediately, but after several hours it still wasn't showing so I called again. They informed me it would take days to post. I don't understand that when every time I did this over the past several years it was immediate. The second time I had fraud on my card. A company charged an unauthorized $150. I called as soon as I saw in online banking and they said at that point it was too late to do a stop payment because it and all the other charges from the same day were set to process that night. I was concerned because if that went through, especially first, then it would cause up to 9 overdraft fees. They assured me it would go through last being the largest amount and at max I would get 2 overdraft fees. Since there was nothing more I could do, I said I would have to do that and report fraud. He told me to come to the branch to sign paperwork for the fraud report. I wake up the next day and it did process, but 7 of the other charges had not processed. I already had overdraft fees before I could go there next day, and 7 more pending transactions. When I was discussing the situation with the clerk, asking why I was told incorrect information from that very bank branch the day before, another guy came up, looked at my information on the screen, and rolled his eyes before walking away. Plus they gave me stop payment paperwork to complete instead of fraud paperwork and was going to charge me an additional $30 to process that. This location needs new staff IMMEDIATELY!
